• Alleen buiten de schoolvakanties reden twee ritten in beide richtingen tussen de haltes Grafenwald Kirche en Grafenmühle. Alle overige ritten reden tussen de haltes Sankt-Antonius-Hospital en Schneiderstraße.

Geschiedenis

Op 14 juli 2018 vonden er grote wijzigingen in het busvervoer van de Stadt Bottrop en Kreis Recklinghausen plaats. Lijn 269 werd vanaf het Sankt-Antonius-Hospital verlengd naar Im Pinntal om dit gedeelte van Kirchhellen ook de gehele week te ontsluiten. De bediening van het traject tussen Grafenwald Kirche en Grafenmühle werd fors uitgebreid, maar werd tegelijkertijd overgeheveld naar lijn 251.
