De concessie IJsselmond behelst twee concessiegebieden, te weten IJsselmond Overijssel (het gebied tussen Kampen, Genemuiden en Steenwijk) en IJsselmond Flevoland (Noordoostpolder en oostelijk Flevoland. In Kampen wordt ook een stadsdienst gereden.
Inhoud
Aanbesteding 2010
De aanbestedingsprocedure is per juni 2010 gestart. In december 2010 zal de nieuwe vervoerder bekend worden. Deze zal per september 2011 gaan rijden.
Op 14 oktober 2010 werd bekend dat Connexxion en Syntus een offerte hebben ingeleverd voor de nieuwe concessie. Zie discussie op forum
De nieuwe concessie is uitgebreid met stadsvervoer Lelystad en het Kamperlijntje. Laatste wordt pas eind 2012 aan deze concessie toegevoegd. De trein wordt dan een elektrische regiotram.
Het lijndeel Lelystad-Emmeloord van de concessie HOV Groningen-Heerenveen-Lelystad zal met ingang van 12 december 2012 bij deze concessie gevoegd worden. Dit in verband met het gereedkomen van de Hanzelijn, hierdoor zal op hetzelfde moment Hanzeliner 330 komen te vervallen. Het lijndeel Emmeloord-Groningen zal bij een andere concessie gevoegd worden.
Na het gereedkomen van de Hanzelijn en de vertramming van het het Kamperlijntje vindt er een herschikking plaats van het streeklijnen net waarbij bussen aan gaan sluiten op de stations en haltes van deze lijnen.
Nieuw is dat ook in deze concessie de vervoerder in een door de provincies gestelde huisstijl moet gaan rijden. Er komt een aparte huisstijl voor de stadsdienst Lelystad, voor de tramverbinding en voor de streeklijnen. Deze huisstijl lijkt op die van Midden Overijssel.
